In this Element study of selected texts and the exploration and discussion of our findings will form the *basics* of the internal and external Work that can be pursued.In the tradition and spirit of Eastern teachings one on one,"mouth to ear" discussion will form a bulk of the interaction in the Element itself.A reading list will be provided to all Element members that will contain the beginning foundation areas of our studies. This reading list will be continually updated as new sources are uncovered.Exercizes,examples and discussion topics( as needed) will be offered by the Element Director to aid in the Work pursued. Element participants will be expected to add to the body of information gained in the Element with thier own unique experiences and pursuits as they are explored and uncovered.An ongoing record of our Work shall be preserved and cataloged in book form.Updates to this book (The Book of Kriya) will occur as further material is generated by Element participants.
